Coverage Details
Lab Heenoor warrants that its merchandise is free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material) and will either give credit or replace defective parts for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below.
If a manufacturing defect is found, Lab Heenoor should be notified promptly of the defect and supplied with a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket. Inspection by a Lab Heenoor employee or representative may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists, or you may be required to submit samples to Lab Heenoor along with a digital image of the defects.
If replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective material or merchandise has been discontinued or is unavailable, Lab Heenoor reserves the right to select and supply similar merchandise or offer full credit for the merchandise; otherwise, the same material or merchandise will be supplied for replacement purposes.
This warranty is made solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact Lab Heenoor with a claim. We will handle claims directly from the original purchaser. We advise all purchasers to retain invoices for a minimum of one (1) year for warranty purposes.
This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and use for any particular purposes. No representative, employee, agent, or any other person is authorized to assume for Lab Heenoor any additional liability or responsibility in connection with Lab Heenoor’s merchandise except as described above. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of the merchandise are limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. In no event shall Lab Heenoor be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty provided by Lab Heenoor covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Lab Heenoor will either provide a replacement for defective merchandise or issue a credit, subject to the conditions outlined below:
1. Notification of Defect: Any manufacturing defect must be promptly reported to Lab Heenoor, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket.
2. Verification of Defect: Inspection by a Lab Heenoor employee or representative may be required to verify the defect. Alternatively, you may need to submit samples along with digital images of the defects.
3. Replacement or Credit: If the defective merchandise is no longer available or discontinued, Lab Heenoor reserves the right to provide similar merchandise or offer full credit.
Coverage Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered by the Lab Heenoor warranty:
1. Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading of materials over time.
2. Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling or storage of the merchandise.
3. Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the merchandise without prior authorization from Lab Heenoor.
4. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, such as drops, impacts, or exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals.
5. Improper Care: Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, or care not in accordance with the product instructions.
