Executive Standard
GB/T 29606 "Stainless Steel Vacuum Flasks"
Flask Body Material
· Austenitic stainless steel (06Cr19Ni10) (SUS304)
· Austenitic stainless steel (022Cr17Ni12Mo2) (SUS316L)
·
Important Notes
To prevent scalding, beverage spoilage, product malfunction, and ensure proper decontamination and cleaning, please pay attention to the following clauses:
· This product is designed for keeping beverages hot or cold. Do not use it for other purposes.
· Keep it out of the reach of infants and young children to avoid scalding.
· Keep away from heat sources such as fire and electric stoves to prevent product deformation and discoloration.
· Before drinking, check the temperature of the beverage to avoid scalding from high temperatures.
· Do not use it while the vehicle is moving to prevent scalding from the beverage inside or contamination of the vehicle interior and clothing.
Special Precautions During Use (Filling, Pouring, Cleaning)
· Do not force large ice cubes into the flask, as this may deform the flask mouth or body.
· After cleaning the inner plug, silicone gasket, and outer lid, dry them thoroughly. Do not leave any residual moisture, as it may cause the contents to leak.
· After filling or pouring, there may be beverage residue around the flask mouth. Wipe it dry with a cloth or tissue before closing the lid. Otherwise, the residual beverage may spill due to lid pressure, damaging clothing or bags.
· Keeping tea warm in the flask for a long time may cause silver tea stains to deposit and discolor the vacuum flask interior.
· When placing in a bag, keep it upright as shown in the figure below.
· Clean the product promptly after each use. If not used for a long time, ensure the inside and outside of the flask are dry and store it in a cool, dry environment.
· When cleaning, immerse the outer lid in water.
· After cleaning, dry the silicone gasket and outer lid thoroughly to avoid residual moisture.
· Do not use nails, hard objects, or stiff brushes on the inner and outer walls of the flask to prevent scratches.
· The flask may discolor when keeping hot tea warm for a long time. It is recommended to consume the tea promptly after brewing.
Precautions for Using in Vehicle Cup Holders
Ensure the cup holder has sufficient strength before use. Insufficient strength may cause the cup holder to break, leading to the flask tipping over, scalding, and contamination of the vehicle interior and clothing.
Recommended Beverage Filling Level (As Shown in the Figure Below)
· Overfilling may make it difficult to close the lid tightly (resulting in leakage) or hard to open the lid due to internal and external pressure differences.
· The maximum water level should not exceed 1cm below the bottom of the "T" device.
Beverage Level: Below the "T" device by 1cm or more.
-Before use, ensure the silicone gasket is intact and properly installed. A damaged or improperly installed silicone gasket may cause beverage leakage even when the lid is tightly screwed, leading to scalding or clothing contamination.
-Do not put the product directly into a microwave oven for heating, as it may cause sparks, deformation, and damage to the flask body paint.
-Do not put it into a dishwasher, dryer, or boil the product, as it may cause deformation, leakage, or other damages.
Prohibited Substances
Do not put the following substances into the flask:
· Dry ice or carbonated drinks: These substances release a large amount of gas, increasing internal pressure. This may prevent the lid from opening normally or cause the contents to spray out.
· Alcoholic beverages: They may react with plastic components, causing corrosion.
· Fruit juice, tea, etc.: Do not leave them in the flask for a long time, as they may corrode the silicone gasket and even the flask wall.
· Dairy products, baby food, fruit juice, etc.: Do not leave them in the flask for a long time. Their ingredients are prone to spoilage, which may lead to bacterial growth or gas production due to deterioration. This increases internal pressure and may cause the contents to spray out.
Precautions for Using the Antibacterial Vacuum Flask
· Do not place the antibacterial vacuum flask in disinfection cabinets or other appliances that may damage the antibacterial function.
· Keep it out of the reach of infants and young children to avoid scalding.
· Do not contact with salt, laundry detergent, acids, alkalis, or strong corrosive substances.
· Do not drop, hit, knock, or subject the product to strong impacts. Any form of heavy impact may deform the product and damage plastic parts, reducing insulation performance.
Cleaning Method for Red Rust-Like Spots or Rough Deposits on the Inner Liner
The red rust-like spots or rough deposits on the inner liner are caused by minerals in water (such as calcium, magnesium, and iron). If there are many stains, clean them in the following order:
1. Dissolve citric acid in warm water and pour it into the flask.
2. Let it stand for 2-3 hours, then scrub gently with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Allow it to dry completely.
Usage Tips
· Ensure the silicone gasket is present and intact upon purchase.
· When closing the lid, screw it tightly clockwise.
· When storing the product, ensure the inside and outside of the flask and the storage environment are dry.
· After filling with water, keep the flask upright for 2-3 seconds before closing the lid.
· Clean the product thoroughly after each use.
